Start with location,hotel is located in too narrow & over crowded lane, parking in basement smells like hell..rooms are from 1980's...smelly to spoil your trip...THEY DON'T HAVE PROPER AIR CONDITIONER IN ANY ROOM,AIR COOLERS DUCTING WHICH ARE OUT DATED & NOT WORKING,Food is over priced... All in all don't think of this hotel look for some better option

In Dec'19, stay at Hotel Plaza Inn in Varanasi. It is very close to Varanasi Railway Station. Rooms are very good with all amenities like TV, small refrigerator, tea preparation kit, hot water, etc. Service is very good. In house restaurant and bar are also there.

This hotel is very convenient from the point of view of its nearness to railway station. But is situated in a narrow lane. Once you are in, it provides you with all good rooms, bathrooms, etc with dining halls etc. It does have lift and staff would take your luggage to your room. A TV with most prominent channels is available. Good reception hall and cloak room etc. There is one silk saree shop for those who might have missed a chance to buy one.
